Allow users to set quiet hours when non-critical notifications are suppressed and batched for delivery later. Support per-day schedules and override options for truly urgent alerts. Getting pinged at 2 AM about a minor CPA fluctuation is not helpful. Quiet hours with smart batching would respect work-life boundaries while ensuring critical issues still break through.
