Allow multiple team members to work on a draft campaign simultaneously, similar to Google Docs collaboration. Show who's editing which section and merge changes without conflicts.

Our workflow requires a media buyer to build the campaign, a creative lead to review assets, and a manager to approve budgets — doing this sequentially wastes days.
