In-App Video Trimming and Resizing

Add basic video editing capabilities — trim start/end points, resize to different aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9), and add text overlays. Process videos server-side without requiring downloads.

We constantly need to adapt the same video for different placements. Currently we bounce between three different tools, which breaks our creative workflow.
