Wevion's trial lasts 14 days from sign-up, no card to start. Add a card from day 7 to keep your plan; without one the account goes read-only.

What happens when your trial ends

Your trial starts the moment you sign up and lasts 14 days. You don't need a card to start it. From day 7, or earlier if your trial credits run out, Wevion asks you to add a card. Adding a card charges nothing that day and doesn't move your end date: on day 14 your plan starts and the card is charged, unless you cancel first. If you don't add a card, on day 14 the account becomes read-only and all your data is kept.

Who is this for

Trial users who want to know what happens on day 7 and day 14, and what to do (or what happens if they do nothing).

The trial — what's included

For 14 days from sign-up you work on a paid plan (the plan name is on Settings → Team → Billing):

  • All ad-platform connections (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat, Outbrain)
  • Campaign Creator (Express + Pro), Bulk Launch
  • Rules Engine, Cross-Channel Analytics
  • Creative Hub and Wavo (the AI assistant), with a trial AI Credits allowance
  • A starting seat allowance (visible at /settings/team/billing)

Until you add a card, AI Credits come from a fixed trial allowance. Adding a card unlocks your plan's full credit grant straight away.

The timeline

WhenWhat happens
Day 0 (sign-up)The trial starts. No card, no checkout. The 14 days count from here
Days 1-2Connect your ad platforms, so your data shows up while the trial is running
Any dayYou can add a card early from Settings → Team → Billing or from the trial banner
Day 7, or trial credits used upWevion asks for a card: an email plus a banner at the top of the app that you can't dismiss. Whichever comes first triggers it, and it happens once
Day 14, card addedYour plan starts and the card is charged the plan price, then each billing period until you cancel
Day 14, no cardNothing is charged. The account becomes read-only and your data is kept

Running low on trial credits shows an in-app warning before they run out. When they are used up, actions that spend credits ask you to add a card.

Adding a card

Only the account owner can add the card. Open Settings → Team → Billing and click Add a card, or use the button in the trial banner.

Before you confirm, the card form shows:

  • The plan, and the price you'll pay after the trial (monthly or annual, in your currency)
  • The exact date of the first charge, which is your original day 14
  • That nothing is charged today
  • How to cancel

You tick a box to accept those terms, then confirm the card with your bank if it asks. Your end date does not change: adding the card on day 5 or on day 12 both lead to the first charge on day 14.

Two paths at day 14

Path A: You added a card

  • Your plan starts on day 14 with no interruption — dashboards, campaigns, automations all keep working
  • The card is charged the plan price on day 14, then at each renewal
  • To avoid the charge, cancel from Settings → Team → Billing before day 14. You're not charged, and at day 14 the account becomes read-only with your data kept

See start your subscription for billing details.

Path B: You didn't add a card

  • Nothing is charged — without a card nothing can be
  • On day 14 the account becomes read-only
  • You can still log in and see your workspace, reports and data
  • Changes inside Wevion are blocked until you subscribe
  • The trial is not granted again: subscribing from here is a normal paid checkout, charged straight away

What happens to your active ad campaigns

Nothing changes on the ad platforms. Your Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat, and Outbrain campaigns continue running according to their last state when the trial ended. Spend continues, ads serve, the platforms bill you directly.

A read-only workspace does not pause live delivery. If you want to pause or stop your campaigns, do it in Wevion before day 14, or in the native ad managers anytime.

How to extend the trial

Trial extensions are possible for genuine evaluation cases (mid-procurement, multi-team review):

  • Contact support@wevion.ai before trial expiry
  • Explain the reason
  • Support typically grants 7-14 day extensions when justified

Not granted: repeat trials on the same email, "I forgot to subscribe", etc.

Subscribing after the trial

If the trial ended without a card:

  • Open Settings → Team → Billing
  • Pick a plan
  • Complete Stripe checkout (you're charged straight away, there is no second trial)
  • Full access returns within 30-60 seconds (webhook delay)

All your data, settings, audiences, creatives, and rules are intact. You resume where you left off.

Common questions

  • "My trial ended but the badge still shows Trial": refresh after 60s.
  • "I added a card on day 3. Does my trial get longer?": No. The first charge stays on day 14 from sign-up.
  • "Will my team still be invited after trial end?": existing members remain. On a read-only account you can't invite new members until you subscribe.
  • "Can I see my invoices from the trial?": there are no invoices for the trial (no charges). Your billing history starts from the first paid charge.
  • "Will my ad campaigns pause automatically?": No. Wevion does not pause your ads when the trial ends. You're responsible for your own ad spending.
  • "Can I delete my workspace after the trial?": Yes — see account deletion.

FAQ

How long is the Wevion trial?

The Wevion trial is 14 days, counted from the day you sign up. You don't need a card to start it. You get the plan's ad-platform connections, Campaign Creator, the Rules Engine, Cross-Channel Analytics, Creative Hub, and Wavo, with a trial AI Credits allowance. A banner at the top of the app tracks the countdown.

When does Wevion ask for a card?

On day 7 of the trial, or earlier if your trial AI Credits run out, whichever comes first. You get an email and a banner at the top of the app. You can also add a card earlier from Settings → Team → Billing. Adding it charges nothing that day and doesn't change your trial end date.

What happens if I don't add a card before day 14?

Nothing is charged. On day 14 the account becomes read-only: you can still log in and see your data, but changes inside Wevion are blocked. Your data is kept. To continue, subscribe from Settings → Team → Billing; that checkout is charged straight away because the trial isn't granted twice.

Will Wevion pause my ad campaigns when the trial ends?

No. Wevion does not pause your ads when the trial ends. Your Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat, and Outbrain campaigns continue running in their last state, spend continues, and the platforms bill you directly. To stop them, pause manually in Wevion before trial end or use the native ad managers anytime.

Do I lose my data if my trial ends and I don't subscribe?

No. A trial that ends without a card makes the account read-only, and your data is kept — settings, audiences, creatives, and rules stay intact. Subscribing at any time restores full access within 30-60 seconds of Stripe checkout. Deletion only happens if you explicitly delete your workspace (see account deletion).

Can I extend my Wevion trial?

Trial extensions are possible for genuine evaluation cases, such as mid-procurement or multi-team review. Contact support@wevion.ai before your trial expires and explain the reason; support typically grants 7-14 day extensions when justified. Extensions are not granted for repeat trials on the same email or "I forgot to subscribe".
