Wevion does not cap ad spend: no plan sets a spend cap, and nothing is blocked or paused because of how much you spend on Meta, Google or TikTok.
Understanding spend caps
Wevion does not cap your ad spend. Plans still carry a spend-cap field (
max_ad_spend_cents), but today no plan sets one, and Wevion never makes your workspace read-only or pauses your ads because of how much you spend. Your real budgets on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc. are uncapped and billed by those platforms directly.
Who is this for
Anyone who read about a spend cap in an older plan description or email and want to know whether it still applies.
What the cap is (and isn't)
If your real Meta spend doubles, Meta charges you the full amount, your ads keep running, and Wevion keeps working as usual.
Why there is no cap
Plans scale with seats, ad accounts, fan pages, pixels, catalogs, and workspaces (see quota limits per plan), not with how much you spend.
Where to see your spend
Your spend shows up in Ads Manager, Analytics, and the dashboard. /settings/team/billing → Usage shows the quotas that do apply to your plan (ad accounts, pages, pixels, catalogs, workspaces, team members); it has no spend bar.
What happens if you spend a lot
Nothing changes inside Wevion:
- No read-only state: launches, edits, rules, and Wavo keep working
- No pause: Wevion never pauses your live ads because of spend
- No upgrade needed: higher spend doesn't require a bigger plan
A spend cap alert you may see in your notifications is about the spending limit set on an ad account on the platform itself (for example a Meta account spending limit), not about your Wevion plan.
What if I want a real budget cap on Meta/Google?
Use the native ad platform's budget controls (Meta campaign budget cap, Google account-level budget). Wevion's automation can also help — set up a rule that pauses campaigns when daily spend exceeds a threshold.
Common questions
- My plan shows no spend limit — is that a mistake? No. No plan has a spend cap today.
- Am I charged extra if I spend more? No, you pay the plan price regardless of your ad spend.
- Will my campaigns be paused? No — Wevion never pauses your live ads because of spend. Only rules you configure can pause ads.
- My workspace is read-only — is it because of spend? No. A workspace becomes read-only for other reasons, for example a trial that ended without a card, a canceled subscription, a failed payment, or an unpaid bank transfer. See billing troubleshooting.
FAQ
Does the Wevion spend cap limit my real ad budget?
No. Wevion never limits or pauses your real ad budgets, and today no plan has a spend cap at all. Your budgets on Meta, Google, TikTok, and others are uncapped and billed by those platforms directly.
What happens when I hit my spend cap?
There is no spend cap to hit. No plan sets one today, so Wevion shows no warning, keeps your workspace fully usable, and keeps your ads running whatever you spend.
How do I check my current spend cap and usage?
Your plan has no spend cap. Open Settings → Team → Billing → Usage to see the quotas that do apply (ad accounts, pages, pixels, catalogs, workspaces, team members), and use Ads Manager or Analytics to follow your spend.
How can I raise my spend cap quickly?
You don't need to, because there is no spend cap. If you need more ad accounts, pages, pixels, catalogs, seats, or workspaces, upgrade your plan — see upgrade or downgrade.
Can I set a real budget cap on Meta or Google through Wevion?
For a real budget cap, use the native ad platform's controls — Meta's campaign budget cap or Google's account-level budget. Wevion's automation can also help: set up a rule that pauses campaigns when daily spend exceeds a threshold. The Wevion spend cap itself never pauses your ads, so only rules you configure can stop delivery.
